Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservation and Confirmation:
    • Right of admission reserved
    • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or payment.
    • Full payment is required upon check-in.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    • More than 1 week before check-in: 100% deposit refunded
    • More than 48 hours before check-in: 50% deposit refunded
    • Less than 48 hours before check-in: 0% deposit refunded
    • After check-in: 0% Refund
  3. Check-In and Check-Out:
    • Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 9:00 AM.
    • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  4. Occupancy:
    • Room occupancy is limited to the specified number of guests per room.
    • Additional guests may incur extra charges.
  5. House Rules:
    • No smoking is allowed inside the rooms or common areas.
    • Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
    • Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  6. Facilities and Amenities:
    • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its facilities during their stay.
    • Lost keys will result in a R150 fee for replacement.

  7. Swimming pool

    • Swimming pool to be used at own risk.
    • No lifeguard on duty.
    • Minors to be supervised by adults at all times.
    • The establishment, its owners, employees, and agents, can not to be held liable for any person’s injury or death, loss, destruction, or damage while using the swimming pool.
    • Pool hours from 08h00 to 18h00
    • Swimming towels available on request. Please refrain from using room towels for swimming.
  8. Cleanliness and Respect:
    • Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness in their rooms and common areas.
    • Respectful behavior towards staff and fellow guests is required at all times.
  9. Liability:
    • The guesthouse is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay.
  10. Privacy Policy:
    • Personal information provided during the reservation process is kept confidential and used only for booking purposes.
